Designed to meet the needs of players of all ages and abilities

Practice Drills

In each session, we concentrate on specific skills you need to play padel successfully, with drills designed to practise them over and again. As a result, technique and movement will enter your muscle memory and, alongside tactical awareness, will help improve your game. These are skill level-based with sessions for beginners, improvers, intermediates and advanced players.

Courses

Structured for those who want to cover all the skills required to play padel in a multi-week structured course. We progress through the basics of the forehand and backhand, use of the glass, serving and the return, net transition, volleying and game tactics. Courses are available at beginner and intermediate level.

High Intensity Cardio

This is a workout program on a padel court, bringing together a variety of cardio workouts and a range of fun drills to an accompanying high energy soundtrack. You do not need to be good at padel to get involved as these sessions are focused on improving your fitness levels and having fun at the same time.

Walking Padel

This is a version of padel that is designed to be accessible for all – including older players and people with limited mobility. It is still padel, but with a few simple modifications: you cannot run or jump; you use slightly different balls, and you can let the ball bounce twice for extra time. Like other increasingly popular walking sports, it is social and fun.

Junior Padel

To give young players the chance to experience, play and develop their skills in padel, we run sessions and holiday camps for kids from 5 to 16 years old. These are specially designed to develop fine motor skills through learning the techniques and skills for padel. Kids are taught in progressive age-appropriate stages and levels of physical readiness.
